Hi,

This is the author of xdm-options.

It's a full configuration of xdm avail. on Source Forge
- there are screenshots to look at.

Its competitive with GDM but opposite in design (runs
with just ash).

I think its great for launching wm like blackbox.

Of course, it installs a continual X display (vt7),
offers chooser, xlogin, and desktop chooser.
