#154 Properties->Window->Add window doesn't work?

Tried to create two new windows. One aligned to the
right, and one aligned as 'floating'.

Nothing happened when I tried to create both.

Actually this does work, but ONLY after you have shutdown
the client (or crashed) and restarted it again does the new
window appear.
