No

Assign a "kb moderator" to a catagory.

This would allow the user to allow/deny ANY article in
their given catagory AND any sub-catagorys that reside
in it.

This is planned for the next release. Admins will be able
to set user or group permissions to allow them to
approve/deny/edit any articles categories that the admin
    gives them permission to.

    - FYI -

The only problem I have with KB is that, the entire archive is
governed by ADMINs, that it. Hard coded. Theres no way to
split the KB up to indivisual Moderators (or users)!

This doesn't just apply to "approve/deny/edit" permissions,
but to nearly all modifications relating to administration of the
    KB.

That's all. With all the new ideas posted here, I just had to
get that out. I look forward to the next beta!
