Hello, Unfortunately, localization is not something I've thought much about in the early stages of the project, so I'm not sure how difficult it will be to implement. I am very interested in what you discover, though. The platform I've been developing on is Linux, so it will also be interesting to see what your experiences are attempting to run the software on Windows. Currently, there are some Caucho Resin specific features (namely, the JDBC Authentication piece and the connection pool). Eventually, I would like to add support for Tomcat in these areas. I was getting ready to make a minor release last night (v0.1.1) but source forge was down so I will attempt it again tonight. The release includes some minor bug fixes and enhancements along with modifications necessary for newer versions of Resin. Hi, I am interested in contributing to this project. My primary interest is to see/validate (or help implement if not) that it support well the concept of "localization" since I would like to implement it in French and Dutch since my family is speaking these 2 languages. In the next weeks I will try install the software needed on my pc (windows 2000) with Apache. Any comments, recomendations that would help me are welcome. Looking forward for exchanges about the project, Martial Van Neste Directeur Services Conseil CGI Belgique 11 rue des Colonies Bruxelles 1000 Belgique Tel: 32 (0)2 517 6077 GSM: 32 (0)48 691 3881 |

The first alpha release of the Where Family Grows software was done on 20 January, 2002. This release needs significant testing, so if you want to help, I'd appreciate it.
