From my point of view it would be great if the order would be the same.

We always use the first assigned person as the responsible one. The current implementation confuses us.

Proposal
There might be people who like to see the first added person in the corner of the card. Then this would be an unconventional option:
I would be interested on your view on this.
A different approach to this would be to actually mark one person as responsible and adding an inner border to it - but that would be a seperate feature request:

But it seems you would mean card-specific role color. Hmm, I need to think.

Maybe having roles colored is not so important.

What if it would be possible for each card, set for each avatar 1) color and 2) tooltip addtitional text like "Fullname - Tooltiptext" that would be for example "Joe Normal - The Boss" ?

    What do you think?

From a usability point of view it should however be in this frame (and not be part of the add member process). It is not needed as much as adding people which should stay clean and fast from my point of view.
