WEKAN is a very great product, I am very happy to use it.
I am a agile coach, I will use the WEKAN for a 250 peoples department, and there are some point, hope to be improved. Thank you very much.

the story card time set is not very convient for team, it is a problem.
hope: a drop list to select 0-24 hours is enough.

2.sub task is not be supoorted good, if team to use it will be a issue.
hope: card may have two type, one is for story (have a id and card style), another one is for task (have story-id and task-id), so the display will be more clearly.

3.Do you want WEKAN is a agile or lean KANBAN ?
hope: WEKAN can support agile and lean KANBAN function. (now some basic function are not be supoort very good. I think this the importint things than other feature.)

Do you mean some existing Subtask issue or new one? You could add new issue with screenshot mockup and more complete description.

What is missing from Wekan in agile and lean kanban?

What rule is important in kanban? How it should be enhanced? Is there existing issue about that, or can you add that?

Wekan has some logs and statistics features and sometime later is planned to be developed per-board statistics.
