Environment specific: Unable to verify accounts.

I have been able to send and receive emails from Wekan when creating a new user account. However when I click on the emails to verify it just brings me back to the sign-in page and says "Must be Logged in." If I check the user account it still says its not verified. I'm using version 0.63.0 with node 4.8.6. No errors are thrown.

Same here, using wekan 0.63.0, node 4.8.6. wekan is running behing Apache proxy.
SMTP is working. Self registration is disabled. Invited users can register and receive the email for verification, but clicking on the link does not verify the email.
How can I provide more feedback? I'm completely new to wekan.

Is this Wekan source install, Docker or Snap ?
When new user is invited, invitation email contains invitation code, that can be inserted on wekan url /sign-up . After that, login is at /sign-in . There has been some changes to those urls sometimes. Please give example of invitation email, etc more details.

Thanks for the feedback @xet7. The invitation mechanism works well. This issue just related with email verification, after successful registration.
This is a source install.
To reproduce the issue:
http://wekan.osgeopt.pt/#/verify-email/jPtvt5pDpxHz1Jl6beHGfZC5S76Na5xJxBsxoywRi7sIf I go to the user's list, the email verification column says that it has not been verified.

The steps are exactly as @jgrocha pointed out. I downloaded the source tar from https://github.com/wekan/wekan/releases/tag/v0.63 and installed under Ubuntu 16.06 LTS. The issue for me however occurs when - users register from the login page.

I'm having this issue as well using Snap. Is it possible to just disable the verification feature? Also, when inviting a user the page just kind of refreshes. It doesn't say anything about successfully sending an invitation.

Hi,
i've just installed wekan as snap and have still the same problem.
When a user is self registrated he get a mail with the verification link for his email. When he click on the Link he is forwarded to the login site. After login he can work, but his email is still unverified, so he get no notifications.
It is quiet the same with User which come over an invitation, but they dont get a verification link, they get the invitation code. After clicking in the invation link it is the same.
Is there a way to enable the notification for these users?
My Wekan Version is v2.65.0, Node-Version is v8.16.0
I've installed it on an Ubuntu 18.04.2 during the system installation
Best regards Bodo

A manual trigger for resending verification mail would be great. No verification mails sent here, after user registration via invitation code.

Newest is Wekan v3.17.0. Please upgrade and only report bugs in newest Wekan.
Have you configured email, does it send any emails?

This is still happening with the latest version, 3.71.0. I am using it in a docker container. SMTP is configured correctly, the verification email is sent out successfully but clicking on it brings you back to the sign-in page, even if you are already logged in. It does nothing if you log in again.

I have also checked that in the people page (admin) all the users are NOT VERIFIED
is there any update on this bug?

This is still not working in version 4.65.0, installed using docker-compose.yml. E-Mail is sent, users created, but when they click on the E-Mail confirmation link, they are redirected to the login page.
Is there a way to manually set users to comfirmed?

Issues related to 6.09 need to be checked after remaining platforms have been upgraded to newest WeKan, maybe this month (or next).

Users can't verify their e-mail addresses. As the OP says, it just says "you must be logged in".
