[Weeblefm-testers] Upcoming Beta & php < 4.1.0

It has come to our attention that WeebleFM is currently incompatible with
php versions prior to 4.1.0.

We now have 4.0.6 installed on a box and are in the process of working
through all the bugs we find.  Some time tonight we will be releasing a Beta
that should correct all of the incompatibilities.

Testing, of course, would be appreciated.

Also, hopefully tonight or tomorrow I'll be pulling out the _requirement_
that mcrypt be installed for WeebleFM to run.  I'm not doing away with it,
just making it optional.
