Summary: No equiv to addTo... for deleting

Initial Comment:
MiddleKit does not generate methods to delete an object
FROM a list.... only add to. Attached is a patch to add
a delFrom.... method to PythonGenerate.py  to delete an
object from a list.

It is used just like the equiv addTo method.
