I am not sure what I have to do when it says that "Run python =
install.py". Does it me open install.py using the Python Shell and run =
it?

How about creating a working directory. It says "python =
bin/MakeAppWorkDir.py /path/to/workdir". Is it the same as opening =
MakeAppWorkDir.py using Python Shell and run it?
