Ok, I'll bite. What's the rule?

I'm in the same boat, though. Ironically, one huge reason I went into
python/webware development was to be cross platform and especially
cross-unix types.

Now I'm hooked on "PythonWin" and can't find anything as good anywhere else.

Komodo from activestate is nearly there, but hasn't got a debugger. The
editor is pretty nice, though.
