It means you could write: <%if foo:%> FOO <%end%> <%else:%> BAR <%end%> instead of having to munge the end and the else together on one line. But even with this change, we need to very clearly show an example in the documentation -- right now, it's not obvious how to get it to work. This also applies to try/except and try/finally so it would be good to mention those in the docs along with if/else. - Geoff |
