#7 wkcgi.exe doesn't handle long URL's

If you submit a very long URL to wkcgi.exe, it can
crash. This is usually discovered by forgetting to
put "method=POST" into your forms. There's probably
a buffer overrun happening, which means this could
be a security flaw.
