webtranslate / News: Recent posts

Following an email asking for knowlege about cvs servers and mailing lists for webtranslate, I decided to give sourceforge a try. Two mailing lists have been created, and after I read up on how, I'll create an announce list as well. The
latest working version has been commited to cvs
under the module name 'webtranslate'. Note that this version is almost identicle to the last release (0.2, july of 2000). I basically decided
to not package the php files with the last release, since they were unusable, but the perl was.
