Web Site

I have created a website for this project.
The lay-out is similar to that of the project, so you actually get a sneak-peak.

I am very curious of your experiences with the SpeedTouch-O-Matic software, so please cast a vote at the poll. I would really appreciate some feedback.

enjoy.

2.0 released

Dick's Speedtouch-O-Matic 2.0 has just been released!

As promised, it features:
- an optional GUI, with editable styles
- range support, so you can easily set up multiple ports for Bittorrent / P2P / IRC applications!

I also disabled logging, which was done automatically by the telnet.class.php script. This ment a security issue, because the logfiles contained username/password..!
SO PLEASE: REMOVE ANY REMAINING LOGFILES OF OLDER VERSIONS.
You can find these in the install_dir/log directory.... read more

2.0 Coming up...

Hold on tight, 2.0 is coming up.
With nice new stuff!

- GUI! With nice bright colors and text. You can make your own 'skin' if you want, and then upload it here :). Of course the extremely fast text-only mode will still be supported!

- Support for port range support! Finally you can give in a range of ports, and the script will map them all to the appropriate outside ports! Wonderfull :)

Especially the GUI makes the script look a lot better. I'm planning on filling the webportmapper.sourceforge.net with the same lay-out, so people see what they're missing :)... read more

Help wanted!

Hey there. Since I do not own all SpeedTouch modems that exist, there is no way for me to test it on all modems. Therefore I ask you to, if your model is not listed in the 'supported models doc', please DO try it! It might just work out.
No matter what the outcome may be, TELL ME! Please also send logfiles (speedtouch/log/month).

You can e-mail me or post it in the public forums. (do not forget to remove your personal data from the logs).... read more
