Web-based Library Catalog download

Implementation of web library catalog (sometimes caled OPAC) based on SWISH-E and perl. It uses OpenIsis for CDS/ISIS files, http feed for web listings, MARC files and other structured sources like M$ Excel files. Uses flexibile XML config files.
