i am getting the following error after the webo installation

i am using xampp in windows 2000 server

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CLONE, expecting T_STRING in C:\Program Files\OCS Inventory NG\xampp\htdocs\webo\lib\webo\Event.php on line 58
