[WebLETS-announce] WebLETS, new release 2.1.4 with new features

Hi everyone

The new release has now been made with the latest features added a 
couple of months ago.  Mainly a rating system.

Other features still to come in the decades ahead as I have time to work 
on them.  Anyone want to help?
