How to change the clipboard timer

Hi,

First of all let me thank you for this great project!

Now my question, Is there a way of changing the time of the clipboard timer?
When you double click a field the information gets stored in the clipboard and a bar starts running on top of the page (right side) this timer is very fast and I would luke to change this to something like 15 min.

Is that possible and if so where can this be changed?
