WebInquiry is in use in a national wide survey about open source and free software use and development.
It's expected to have more than 10.000 forms submited until july, 2 - 2004.
The survey consist of about 50 questions, with 25 minutes medium time to answer it completely.
The questionary is build dinamically in a type of state machine depending of previous answers and presents questions of several inputs types like radio, check-box, combo/select, textarea, check-box and textarea combinated, etc.
The survey is running on http://geness.ufsc.br/PerfilSLBrasil and next week we will checkin the software source in sourceforge CVS.
