#1 Password for online hosted event

I posted this yesterday but to the wrong Tracker log
(bugs not support). I am trying to register for a
WebHuddle hosted event. I want to demo the product
before installing it on our server.

I complete the registration form and submit then get a
window stating that my temporary password has been
emailed to the address provided (even though the
registration form asks you to provide then confirm a
password). 1) I never receive an email and 2) I
cannot log in with the password I submitted either.

I tried using two different email accounts suspecting
the work account might filter your emails but neither
worked.

I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank

Thanks for the post and sorry for the inconvenience.

Turns out the WebHuddle.com IP is listed on
http://cbl.abuseat.org/ as of today. Until this issue is
resolved, the system-generated WebHuddle account password
will appear on a web page after creating your account,
instead of being emailed.

You should be able to recreate your account now with no
problems. If not, please post in the help forum.
