#40 Admin app (configure WebHuddle server)

An admin app is needed for tasks like resetting a
user's password, configuring LDAP or JDBC
authentication, adjusting bandwidth related settings
(such as app sharing's pixels-per-millisecond).

This app should make these tasks easy for any
administrator, but also permit non-human altering of
all settings.
