My users can not have admin rights to their XP machines. We would like to try/use webhuddle, but security needs will not allow us to do any desktop sharing. As admins, is there a way to "install" webhuddle and turn off any possibility of desktop sharing? Thanks for any help.
Joe

Only the moderator may share their desktop, so as long as you don't give moderator control to someone they will not be able to. Not sure if this answers your question or is helpful -- share more details if not.
Thanks!

I think we still have a problem because it does seem that any of my users could start a huddle and would automatically have the ability to share at least some of their desktop. With our ridiculously strict federal security requirements, we can't give them that ability. I would need a config setting that DISALLOWS ANY desktop sharing. And I guess that kills one of the useful features. :-( We're still looking at it though. Thanks for responding.
