#14 Should allow "diary" look and feel
It is essential to be able to display the "forum" as a
diary because that's one of the important applications
of a code base like this.
However, we need to allow, or disallow, other posters.
Specifically, we would like posters to be allowed to
"reply" but not necessarily post "front page" news.
