The concept behind those two words "Unique" and "Multiple" is the following; the most simple one, "unique", implies that there only exists one WebFlow instance for one user (or rather, for one HTTP session and one browser most of the time). It means that if the user opens a link a new window, the two windows will be linked to the same WebFlow instance... Refreshing both screen would make them render the same WebFlow in the same state and making a transition in the first window would have an (indirect) impact on the second window.
Now, it would be interesting to have the possibility to allow the user to have multiple WebFlow instances starting from a single browser window. The current solution chosen is to simple use URL rewriting when this "Multiple WebFlow" option is activated, but it makes the code a bit more difficult in the library. Due to that, the first alpha / beta release will probably not contain the support for "Multiple WebFlow", but it will come later in the future.
