Is there a way to schedule meetings with other users? Any ideas on how this can be done?
Here's what I mean. I want to schedule a meeting with a few co-workers. I would first select the users that I need to have attend, then I would be shown their availability for the time range I selected.
I think point I may change the meeting time to fit in with everyones schedule. I submit this, and each user gets an email or whatever, asking if they can attend (this I think is the tricky part). If they can, somehow it is easily added to their calendar, if not the meeting planner gets notified that user cannot attend.
I see this as one of the few features keeping this from seriously competing with MS Exchange and Novell GroupWise. Well, I guess offline support, but so far webdistro is quite impressive.
