can i use xcopy or similar to upload from a local drive to a webdisk folder?

  the Webdisk directly connects to a CIFS-Server (Windows-Server, Samba, etc). In order to use xcopy, you don't need the webdisk.
  (e.g. xcopy somefile \\server\share\)
