We experienced this issue as well, back in the early days of our VISTA 3
to 4 migration. Our issue was due to something with our license file. Bb
never said what they found or did, but they sent us a new license file
and things were okay after that.

We have recently upgraded our production cluster to Vista 4.2 and we're
experiencing problems with adding more than two nodes to the cluster.
The third node (added with serverconfig.sh) says that it's running in
development mode and writes its log files to
WebCTDomain/servers/Node6a/logs instead of WebCTDomain/logs. We tried
deleting the node and reinstalling it and got the same situation.

Our TSM says that AP2 has an issue with adding additional nodes after
the initial installation. I can't believe that we are the first
institution to add more than two nodes to a cluster... has anyone else
seen this issue?
