We are running the Portfolio on a server with version: Vista Enterprise 
License WebCT Version 4.1.1 [13.0.1.18] and are not experiencing the 
problems you have documented with Firefox 1.5.0.8 or IE6.  The window 
title is always just "WebCT" and no odd gaps appearing.  The one 
possible difference with our installation is that we have customised our 
server/login pages and we use a single sign-on mechanism so the built-in 
login pages are never used.  We do, however, have the problem with the 
top-left image disappearing when moving from tab to tab, but this was 
reported by us in August with the first release of AP1.  We also get the 
menu option "My WebCT" (not "My Blackboard" as in your case) when inside 
a portfolio, rather than the text entered in the settings.  I wonder if 
the WebCT/Blackboard name is coming from the licence file - have you 
received a new one recently?
