If memory serves, 2.0.1 solved some issues that we were seeing with large courses taking excessively long to display. Other than that, the strangest one we've seen was related to the file manager-- sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't-- it would time out. If enough people attempted to access the file manager when it wasn't responding, BEA would appear to hang for five or ten minutes. It turned out to be a nearly-full table, but it took us forever to diagnose it. (It became apparent when the tablespace actually filled...) What kinds of problems are you seeing?
