[Webct-admin] Apache Error on WebCT 3.6.2.2 NT4 SP6a

Hi Does any one know why I'm receiving the error message that is shown
at the end of the email (and hopefully what I can do about it?)

The Apache service named apache.exe reported the following error:

file specified: RegQueryValueEx(key
System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Apache\Parameters) <<<
 before the error.log file could be opened.
 More information may be available in the error.log file.   .


Comments
1. WebCT seems to be running Ok.
2. No relevant info in the error.log that I could see
