We have single signon from uPortal to WebCT, but we haven't forced it yet. New students only know how to get in via the portal, but most faculty probably come in directly. Our CIO wanted all student access to be forced through the portal, but we have no way to identify a user until after signon is complete so that idea was abandoned. It's possible that all access might be forced thru the portal at some point in the future, but no immediate plans.
