#27 Esperanto language files for Unicode version

I created an esperanto translation of the language files (based on 2.10a).

No help files until now.

I remarked some differences between the german and the english file - in those cases I sticked to the english one.

Also needed are additions to the lang*.php-files, (as in README.translations).
For lang_list.php:
$lang_list['eo'] = 'Esperanto';

I have just been adding translation into the source tree. I have also done a conversion to ISO-8859-3 character set for the conventional WebCollab version.
