(how) can i install webcleaner to a server,
so that i can access it from any browser like
http://my.server/somewhere/webcleaner

because i like to use it from my pda
so i can see better web and browse faster from pda.

just like opera's
http://www.opera.com/products/smartphone/accelerator/

In the next release I will add some documentation on how to
allow external proxy access in a reasonably safe way.
Right now I use SSH port forwarding to use my WebCleaner
proxy from outside, but for PDA usage this is might be very
unconvenient :)

I have added to the documentation a paragraph "Setting
access permissions" that describes how to configure a
WebCleaner proxy so that it can be accessed from other machines.
