#18 build/install fails on msgmerge command

Environment:
SuSE Linux 9.0
webcleaner 2.7
Python 2.3.3
Imaging-1.1.4
pycrypto-1.9a6

Got warnings during build claiming that autoheader, Automake-1.7
and autoconf aren't found, and get this error:

msgmerge de.po webcleaner.pot -o de.po
make[2]: msgmerge: Command not found
make[2]: *** [de.po] Error 127

Failure occurrs if package gettext is missing. ./configure script might
check to see that this is installed.

This is fixed in CVS configure.in, rev. 1.20 and will be in
the next release.
