If I enter 192.168.1.0/24 for "allowedhosts" in
/etc/webcleaner/webcleaner.conf it shows up as
"3221225472/24" in the "proxy configuration" of the
webconfig interface.
Submitting this page write's back the wrongly parsed ip
subnet to the configration file.

This is fixed in CVS wc/ip.py, rev. 1.13 and will be in the
next release.
