#13 custom category title and # of cards

Hi, a couple requests:

One is to give each category a custom title (Halloween
Cards, Christmas cards, etc) because all show the
general title of the ecards, and this also helps when
the site is crawled by search engines. Probably give
the option to

Second, probably is not too complicated (well i don't
really know), but instead of showing 10 cards per page,
show 12 so you don't have this "gap" showing at the
right bottom, i just think it would look better :)
