What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. any version of Flash 10.3+
2. any version of WebCamStudio
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the video and audio should be detected like it was.

but the video is blank and not audio is detected

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i was originally using the WCS version in Ubuntu 10.4 repositories, now im using the latest Beta 0.57 beta 2(Build:140)

Please provide any additional information below.
i originally noticed an issue on Stickam when Flash updated from 10.2+ to 10.3
the audio source went from being named "Linux Audio" to "HDA Intel" and none of the audio sources from my desktop are detected other than my TV which runs thru the 2nd Mic jack and if i plug in a USB mic

the work around was to roll back to Flash 10.2+ while still using the old version of WCS in the Ubuntu repositories.

now since upgrading to the latest version, neither the Audio nor Video is detected.

how ever, after trying the Beta of Flash 11+ the video now works in WCS beta but the streaming is very laggy and the audio device is still labled "HDA Intel" and doesnt pick up any audio played on my desktop(webrowser)

again this is all while using Stickam with both Chrome(v.12.0.742.124) and Firefox(v.3.6.18)

one last point, when i mention video detected, i mean the features in WCS where u can either show the Desktop by following the mouse or choose an area of the screen to broadcast, or using a photograph, exc...

stickam doesnt pick anything up, not even a scrambled video or even just the default WCS grey background, its just straight black/blank

I'll check with the latest version of Flash to validate

Yes, everything seems to work as expected.  I do use the build amd64 since I'm running a 64bits system.

I'm also having the same issue with Stickam. WCS .57, Flash 11+ Beta, Ubuntu 10.04 LTS on an Acer Aspire netbook with embedded webcam with an Intel Atom 1.6 GHZ processor and 1 GB RAM. Webcam on the netbook works on say Tinychat with WCS, but not Stickam. In selecting my video device for Stickam, it only allows me to choose the Webcam Studio Device (V4L2 device). It's black/blank, and same audio problem-although I can work around the audio by using an external mic. Also same issue on my desktop-posted it as a separate issue, since it's more than just Stickam my tower doesn't work with.

Another correction: By going through Stickam itself, I can use my embedded webcam on my netbook just fine. The issue results in using WCS, that's when I get nothing. When trying to watch shows hosted by Stickam on other websites (I tried gptvnetwork.com) and it would not allow me to use my webcam, either with or without WCS running.
