On my 40 cm screen, all the little sources windows are trapped in one container window in the center. The bounaries of the container window are very limited in movement, so when the frame is as big as allowable, the lower half of the source windows are all cut off. And it looks like there is no other way to access the options of those windows.

One solution might be to implement tear-off panels, or some way of allowing overlapping windows. Or even if widening the sources windows would allow controls to fill in to the extra space, that would fix the problem.

This is on Mint.

Hi, i'm sorry but at this very moment nobody seems to work to WS Project but me when I have time.
If you are using the latest WS build you can use the little arrows to minimize the "Channel and Outputs" part on the bottom or the "Properties" part on the right. You can also minimize all the sources using the two "Down Arrow" in the top panel of WS just over the Source Desktop.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    Thanks Karl!

When I saw those arrows, I just thought they were indicators that the boundary was movable. I'm so glad they are minimize-restore buttons.

UI layout on lower-resolution screens does tend to be a problem. In this case, at least, I think the current code provides an adequate solution. For the sake of our own internal bookkeeping I'm changing the status to "Won't fix" - at present, at least, the current UI layout appears to be adequate.

However, if you have further concerns or difficulties, we will do our best to address them.
