Is there a patch for the 2.2.16 Kernel to use a usb
webcam or is one planned to be?
How will the new kernel (2.4) be supported? I tried to
install the patch the 2.4-test kernel, but the patch
won't work and there's no docu about it.
Thanks
Steffen

The cpia.o and cpia_pp.o modules will compile in Mandrake 7.2 with the 2.2.17-21mdk kernel,
but not the USB module (yes, I un-commented it in the Makefile).

Hi,
I am also trying to get webcom working with a Redhat 7.0
2.2.16 Kernel and failing.
Running ./gqcam I get a " ioctl (VIDIOCSWIN): invalid
arguement"
Any ideas ?
Russell
