We have been using web calendar since 2008. It recently has started running very slow and/or timing out. I have been trying to delete entries before 1/1/2015, but I get the following errorwhen running the delete command on ALL users:
Warning: mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]: Unable to save result set in /home/content/f/l/o/floorpro/html/webcalendar/includes/dbi4php.php on line 342

I've had that problem too. I presume you could go into your PHP settings and bump up the memory usage limits, but I did it the brute force way: I picked users one-by-one and, with shorter date ranges, deleted in smaller batches. It felt longer, but it finally finished.
