Hi.
I see reminder emails coming in with the date specified as 1 day later than the actual event date. This only seems to happen with all-day events (or maybe any event that starts at 00:00). I think it may be time zone related - i.e. things go wrong when going from winter to summer time.
e.g.
Reminder text says 8th August (incorrect):
Description:
Mum's Birthday
Date: Thursday, August 8, 2013
Time: All day event
...
Description: Mum's Birthday
Date: Thursday, 2003-8-7
Repeat Type: Yearly
Time: 12:00 BST
...
[dave@hyperion ~]$ cat /etc/sysconfig/clock
ZONE="Europe/London"
[dave@hyperion ~]$ date
Wed Aug 14 16:23:32 BST 2013
[dave@hyperion ~]$ su -
Password:
[root@hyperion ~]# date
Wed Aug 14 16:23:42 BST 2013
| SERVER_TIMEZONE | Europe/London |
| TIMEZONE | Europe/London |
I have a feeling this only happens if the event was created in winter time, but the event happens in summer time - e.g. when BST events are created while in GMT. I can't prove this at the moment, though, as I can't change the clock on my host at the moment.
Hmm. Weird formatting going on up there. Probably should have previewed...
