#2306 File Attachments

After turning on "Allow file attachments to events", under "System Settings" and "Other". If you check the two options below (participants & everyone) you can not turn them back off. The overall feature can be turn off but the options can't be unchecked.

Participants who post events to the public access calendar by default should be able to add attachments. Currently you can't unless participants is checked.

If Allow File attachments is checked, but the others left unchecked, only username 'admin' will get the Add Attachment link.. Other usernames that have the admin flag set do not.

If this was closed because of the following response "The code is now in the REL_1_2 branch and the main branch of
CVS." then that is incorrect. I have version 1.2 b1 and the problem does exist.
