No

Situation:
- Today I'm still in wintertime (no daylight-savings)
- Adding an entry for 30.3., 4am (day when there is daylight-saving, CEST - summertime)

Problem:
Adding an event for 4am results in an entry added for 5am. Editing it shows up as "5am CEST" (summertime, correct). Editing it and saving it again for some reason stays at 5am ... I expected it would advance to 6am or something.

Does somebody know what the cause might be? How are things supposed to work in case today we have wintertime, entry is for summertime etc.

What version of WebCalendar are you using?

    What version of PHP?

    Windows or Unix server?

php 4.3.9 (with backports), webcalendar 1.1.6

If somebody can shed a light how things are _supposed_ to work, I can to debug it myself in a while.

PS: Ray, sorry I didn't notice your post to this bug until now ...
