When I rename a wiki page it should automatically
update links to that page in Menus and User Modules.

Otherwise you get broken links.

If you use tiki-index.php?page= in your menu I think it can
be done , but with the rewrite rules it is very risky.
What do you think?

I'm thinking of two key scenerios: ((page names)) in user
modules and local links in menus. If we limit it to just
these two scenerios, maybe not so risky?

E.g. not for any menu items that have external domains
