#15 rename page did not rewrite links

I renamed page called "trees" to "tall tress" and it did
not rename the link on homepage to ((trees))

But this is not a consistent problem. It was fine when I
renamed "test page two" to "test page 2"

I'll post more if it happens again.

NOTE: there is a REDIRECT to ((trees)) from ((apples))

I can't reproduce it
apples that redirects to trees
hompage that links to trees
rename trees
No problem in hompage .... but it doesn't rename the
redirect pagename in apples
