Hi. Plugin just stopped working on Firefox Quantum 66.0.3 (64bit) and Chrome 73.0.3683.103 (64bit). Still works on Edge....

I've just tried it with Firefox 66.0.3 and it works fine. Can you check that under Options, Privacy & Security, you do not have "Prevent accessibility services from accessing your browser" checked?

Chrome is trickier, and hasn't been working well for a while (since v69). You need to add "--force-renderer-accessibility" to the chrome command line, or manually turn on accessibility each time.
