Just to be more precise, it can update the Unix Account password, and it seems to be able to reset the Smbpasswd as well, but it just doesn't seems to work or change correctly.
Only through WEBMIN (which will change other modules' password) works.

Yup. And what i did now is to uninstall "usermin-1.600", and re-install "usermin-1.590".
Back to normal.
Ok, I see the bug here - this will be fixed in the 1.610 Usermin release.
