When trying to initially setup gnupg, secret.cgi returns:
"Failed to setup GnuPG : Failed to open : No such file
or directory"
This is on Fedora Core 2 - All updates applied
All Webmin/Virtualmin/Usermin updates applied
The script creates a .gnupg directory with empty
pubring.gpg and secring.gpg files and a gpg.conf file.
It also creates a .usermin/gnupg directory with pass.
file with the correct password in it...
I've searched here and Google and haven't found anybody
else reporting the same problem...
I can setup gnupg via command line... But, if I try to
send an e-mail trough usermin and encrypt it, I get:
Failed to send mail : Failed to open : No such file or
directory
Is there something besides gnupg that needs to be
installed on the system that maybe I don't have
installed???

I have found the same problem today. However, as root user I
was able to generate gpg key but not as any other user. This
version of usermin (1.090) works perfectly OK on Red Hat 9.0
