[webmin-l] "Secure" webmin with distributed servers

How would one go about setting up webmin to communicate with another webmin securely, across the net? By using an SSH tunnel.. ? In other words, I have a "master" webmin that uses other webmins to monitor servers, now I want to monitor a server that's not "in-house", but I don't want to send unencrypted messages/data across the world :-)

a) Setup external Webmins to use SSL
b) Configure external Webmins to only allow connections from a specific
range of IPs or a single IP.
